You don’t have to be vegan or vegetarian to enjoy plant-powered meals! Whether your goal is to eat better, enjoy more vegetables, or simplify your week, meals are fully customised to your preferences. If you enjoy meat, meals can be planned to go alongside any meat dishes you provide.

Vegan & Vegetarian Focused: Plant-forward meals are complete and balanced, packed with flavour, variety, and nourishment. Grains, legumes, and fresh produce create satisfying, well-rounded dishes.

Smart Ingredient Use: Option to “Shop Your Pantry” first reduces waste and unnecessary grocery costs. You’ll be alerted when staples run low so you can restock as needed.

Cooked Fresh in Your Kitchen: Meals are prepared in your kitchen for unbeatable freshness, with everything left clean, tidy, and ready to enjoy.

Price

Service Fee: $300 + HST per session (groceries added to invoice)

Travel Fee: $12-$20 (if applicable)

Onboarding Deposit & Commitment: $100 onboarding deposit (credited toward 4th session). Minimum 4 sessions (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Onboarding deposit is non-refundable if cancelled before 4th session.

Service Days: Monday–Friday (subject to availability). Mondays and Tuesdays reserved for recurring weekly clients. Weekends and holidays available on request.

What's Included

  • Customized menu; tailored to your needs. 

  • Grocery shopping; option to “Shop Your Pantry” first.

  • Meal prep (in your kitchen); 3–5 entrées + sides/snacks is typical, but each session is unique and fully customizable. 

  • Additional Services: Add-ons available (extra meals, portions, or custom requests)

  • Meal labeling & packaging; including reheat instructions.

  • Kitchen cleanup; including garbage, recycling, and food waste.

The Food

Groceries

I handle most shopping to ensure freshness, quality, and safety, focusing on fresh produce, perishables, and specialty items.

Grocery costs are added to the invoice.

Shop Your Pantry

You can provide pantry items (cans, grains, spices, condiments, etc.). A “Shop Your Pantry” list will be shared and must be confirmed 48-hours before service. 

The cost of groceries will be added to the invoice.

Any leftover groceries remain with you for future meals, helping to build a well-stocked pantry.

Each session typically includes 3–5 entrées, often with a few sides or snacks. You can choose a mix of fresh and freezer-friendly dishes, and everything can be tailored to your needs.

PLANT-BASED (VEGAN)

Enjoy dinners with hearty plant-based entrées and complementary sides. Everything reheats well for easy next-day meals.

Asian-style lettuce cups (lentil/tofu/mushroom) with toasted cashews and a side of fragrant coconut rice

Vegan "crab” cakes with roasted lemon potatoes and a creamy plant-based tartar sauce

Curried pumpkin and red lentil soup (freezer-friendly)

Savory vegan quiche (freezer-friendly) with side green beans

A balanced selection of plant-based breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks to suit a flexible meal plan.

Banana blueberry baked oatmeal (freezer-friendly)

Oil-free Caesar salad with roasted chickpeas, smoky tempeh “bacon” crumble and vegan parmesan

Homemade oil-free hummus, served with a selection of fresh veggies, olives and pita bread

Tofu “shawarma” bowls with lemon quinoa, hummus and mix roasted vegetables

Comforting “hamburger helper” pasta, with arugula side salad

Flavourful vegetarian dinners with sides that reheat well for easy next-day lunches.

Tofu and black bean quesadillas (freezer-friendly) with a fresh side salad and optional sour cream/salsa/guacamole

Creamy cauliflower and cannellini bean “mac and cheese”, paired with garlic/cheese bread

Middle Eastern–inspired stewed lentils and eggplant, with roasted pine nuts, yogurt sauce and lemon quinoa.

Paneer butter masala in a richly spiced tomato sauce, served with pickled red onions and naan bread
